We are not looking only for who has got the most - but examples of unexpected wins due to innovative thinking, the business breaking new ground, the team going above and beyond the call of duty)

Great Place to Work (Business Performance)

Best strategies that apply to the agency itself. Judges will be looking for evidence you can practice what you preach to clients. Criteria will include innovative thinking and evidence to support claims. (How does the agency build a team culture, that allows it to retain and develop staff. Will also be looking for examples of successful policies around inclusion and diversity. An agencies people is its product and this category is designed to celebrate that.)

Talent Development. (Business Performance)

Criteria will include innovative thinking and evidence to support claims. (The category will focus on innovative example of training. But they could also include mentoring programmes and innovative recruitment.)

If you have a new offering in the portfolio this is an opportunity to shout about it.)

Criteria will include innovative thinking and evidence to support claims. (How successful is your agency at retaining and servicing client. We are looking for case history that demonstrates over delivery, great team effort and a tendency to go above and beyond the call of duty for clients. It can relate to a specific instance or general policies. Testimonials from relevant clients will also be expected by the judges to form part of this case history.)

Promotion (Business Performance)

Criteria will include innovative thinking and evidence to support claims. (How is the agency promoting itself. We would like to hear about innovative examples of how the agency has cut through the clutter. This could be a specific campaign, ad, stunt, events or even presence at an exhibition. But the winning paper will demonstrate innovation and success.)
