Tim has been part of the Unlimited Group since 2012 and joined to turn a group of agencies into an agency group. The Unlimited Group is now an independent marketing services Group, headquartered in London, with over 800 people located in 4 offices London, Bristol, Winchester and New York who come together to create bespoke teams to solve client’s business challenges. The agencies are focused into seven key marketing disciplines - Health, Customer Engagement, Brand, Digital Transformation, B2B & Technology, CRM & Acquisition and Insight & Analytics.
Before this he held a variety of senior roles, both agency and client-side, including positions at Shell, John Menzies and the Aer Lingus Group of companies. Immediately prior to joining the Group, he spent 15 years at TBWA\UK Group where his responsibilities included CEO of TEQUILA\London, CEO of Agency.com and sitting on the TBWA\UK Group Executive Board. Tim is responsible for the Unlimited Group’s seven discipline pillars, and the strategic direction, growth and development of the Group’s offering. He has judged many awards from Cannes Lions through to the Drum, DMAs and Campaign Awards.
