Why I am judgin these awards
Having been a client most of my career, I recognise the challenge of knowing how to find the right agency for your needs, ensuring you get the best quality service as well as the great creativity shown at pitch through a winning idea. Now agency-side, I’m constantly reminded how important recommendation is to establishing your reputation. I think the Agency Business Awards are a great initiative from the Drum. They’re different to most other industry awards. While I prize creativity highly, I see the benefits daily of having a well-run business where people are motivated to come to work. It allows us to deliver the best results and attract the best talent.
