co-founder & head of talent
The Elephant Room

Shanice is from Birmingham and is the co-founder of The Elephant Room. The Elephant Room is a new creative company and they are taking a new approach as to how they work within the advertising industry. Shanice has previously assisted on supporting brands such as Adidas and Britvic to find talent for global commercials whilst very early in her career. She was the face of the official U.K campaign by Linkedin in 2018. She has a real passion to be a voice and a relatable representation of what she hopes the industry can become in the near future. She is former Brand Manager for GUAP magazine and has a platform called Girls, Lets talk.
