Steve founded and runs the Global Executive Headhunt business 360xec, placing CMO’S CTO’s and Chief Media Officers into Client Advertiser companies as well as CEO’s and other Board positions across agencies, Publishers and technology platforms from spread from Beijing to Buenos Aires. In addition, Steve is Chairman of iotec – a very exciting machine learning based technology, providing customer intent data and programmatic trading capability through a transparent  DSP. The business has raised just under £20m in funding since inception in 2013 and is now regarded as one of the most trusted integrity driven platforms available to clients and agencies. He is also founder of The Talent Union Ltd and of Personal Brand Spirit Ltd. These businesses map talent globally for clients and offer individual one on one development advice for C-suite executives. Steve is a Non- Executive Director with one further tech company. 

Today, Steve travels the world helping businesses, leadership teams and senior executives be the best they can be, through applied experience, training, intuition and plenty of perspective. He is used to working closely with some of the worlds largest companies, right through to new start ups in their formative days – several of which he has invested in.  He champions diversity in the work place and often speaks on the subject at conferences around the world. Steve is passionate about the communications industry and is never afraid to say what needs to be said. He works hard to promote ‘business for good’ and to contribute to societal change that brings positive levels of engagement and enhanced quality of life for all.         

Previously Steve led a PLC Group flotation onto AIM in 2008 and was Chairman of the REC Recruitment Trade body for Marketing, Media and Creative; the MMC.

In his agency years, Steve was a member of the founding team that launched Zenith Media and was  Head of Strategy on the UK Board. His full service agency days were at Saatchi & Saatchi and at FCB prior to this .
